Half-Day - Split Rock Trail

Just 10 minutes outside Saint John, this incredible Trail follows along the Lorneville Coast to the mouth of the Musquash Estuary.

Rugged and beautiful, it was conceived and forged by Leah and Adam Wilkins of ExploreLorneville.ca with a vision to give people the opportunity to take in yet another piece of our incredible Bay of Fundy coastline.

The trail has become extremely popular with the locals and trail running community and a ‘not to miss’ for hikers visiting the area—this trail winds along the bay, overlooking jagged coves and hidden rock beaches.

Finishing at the Musquash Head Lighthouse, the options are to hike out at the Lighthouse Road or continue another 2.5 km on a coastal trail to Black Beach.
